With your pdf file ready, you can print your book anywhere and any way you choose. One of the least expensive ways to go is to print it at a local copy shop (Kinkos, The UPS Store, Office Max) with a coil binding.
I chose to print my book with a hardcover through the online print company lulu.com. On their website I chose a hardcover book. Then I selected the 8.25X10.75 size, the casewrap hardcover, and full color printing. After that all you do is upload your pdf and upload a separate jpg for your cover picture. The cost is around $20 or $30 for 100+ pages, which is one of the best prices I've seen out there.
